solved (in my case)

Due to some other issues i was having with this account, i had set up an agent to copy incoming mail to a backup inbox in the same mail database... the NON appearance of mail in my traveler in box was cleared up by the following info:-

"I suspect this could be related to the fact that the mobile devices only allow mails to be in one folder (not multiple like Domino), so if the same message was copied from Inbox to
Backup Inbox (manually or by rule), Traveler will only consider it to be in Backup Inbox and not in Inbox. So, if you are copying the messages into Backup Inbox from Inbox on an ongoing basis, that would explain why the Inbox is empty."
